The consumer has the right to notify the company if he/she is not satisfied with the purchase.
We happily accept returns and exchanges on goods returned to O’Rèn Official within 14 days, starting from the date of purchase.
You are responsible for safely packaging your return so it is received undamaged during transit.
The return conditions:
- All items must be returned in an unwashed condition.
- All items must be returned in an unworn condition.
- No make-up, perfume, stains,…
- All items must be returned in an unaltered condition.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging
We have the right to refuse returns that are not qualified by the specifications noted above.
Items marked “SALE” will not be refunded, but can always be exchanged for the same article, in a different size.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Things we refund:
- The costs of schipment for the return of damaged pieces.
- Damaged pieces (If there is no form of exchange)
- Returns (If there is no form of exchange)
In case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours.
Photographic evidence must been taken and sent to email@example.com, our team will assist you to find the best solution.
It’s important to complete the return form, and add this document with your purchased item, so you can send it back.

In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed by the postal system.
Goods damaged or shorted in transit
We ask that you report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging.
If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can’t accept responsibility for the damages.
Once you notify us that your product was damaged, O’Rèn Official will file a claim with the shipper. Claims typically take 8-10 business days to process. Please do not discard the damaged product or the packaging.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
